Website purpose
This website presents VPI’s packaging capabilities and helps customers prepare an enquiry. It is not an online shop, and submitting a form does not create an order, reserve production capacity or require payment.
Product and technical information
Images and descriptions are general guides. Dimensions, board construction, paper, flute, printing, fitments, testing, quantity and suitability are confirmed for the customer’s product and handling conditions before production.
Quotations and orders
Pricing, taxes, minimum quantities, payment terms, production timing, delivery and any conditions specific to a customer are set out in the applicable quotation, purchase order acknowledgement or other written agreement. Those documents take priority if they differ from website information.
Website content
VPI may update the website as products, capabilities or business information change. VPI names, branding, original graphics and website content may not be reused as another business’s material without permission.
External services
The website links to services such as WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn and Google Maps. Those services are operated by their respective providers and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
