Delivery and orders

Enquiries and quotations
Sending the website enquiry does not place an order or require payment. VPI reviews the product, specification, quantity and delivery location before confirming availability, pricing, taxes, transport and commercial terms in writing.
Production made to order
Most corrugated packaging is produced to an agreed size and specification. Production begins only after the applicable quotation or purchase order, artwork, drawing, sample and other approvals have been confirmed. The agreed written order documents take priority over general information on this website.
Lead time and delivery
The enquiry form lets customers request a preferred timeline. Actual production and dispatch dates are confirmed for each order and may depend on material availability, design approval, quantity, testing, delivery location and transport arrangements. A requested date is not a confirmed delivery commitment.
Changes and cancellations
Contact VPI as early as possible if an order needs to change. Because packaging may be made to a customer specification, whether a change or cancellation is possible, and any resulting material, production or transport cost, depends on the stage of the order and the agreed commercial terms.
Quality concerns and returns
Packaging made to order is not covered by a general retail return policy. If supplied goods appear not to match the approved specification, contact VPI promptly with the order reference, quantity affected and supporting photographs or measurements. The team will review the concern against the agreed specification and confirm the appropriate next step under the order terms.
