Built through practice

Practical knowledge, refined in every production run.

1998

A practical beginning

VPI began with one clear standard: make corrugated packaging that protects properly and can be produced consistently.

Built for industry

Capability shaped by real products

Every new component, load and handling route expanded the team’s practical understanding of what a pack must withstand.

Today

Engineering the pack around its journey

From everyday cartons to fitted protection, each recommendation starts with the product, the process and the destination.

Consistency at every stageFrom one requirement to a repeatable pack that is measured, converted and checked with care.

Practical engineering, disciplined production and enduring customer relationships continue to shape the way VPI works.

Gasket and sealing component packs

Requirement
Keep circular parts separated, identifiable and stable during handling.
Packaging direction
One piece folders, partitions and fitted corrugated supports are considered around the component profile and shipment method.
Electrical products

Spike buster and accessory packaging

Requirement
Organise the main product, cable and accessories without uncontrolled movement.
Packaging direction
A fitted carton and internal divisions can position each item while retaining a straightforward packing sequence.
Fragile products

Sanitaryware and ceramic protection

Requirement
Protect vulnerable edges and surfaces through stacking and road transport.
Packaging direction
Outer cartons, corrugated pads, edge supports and separators are combined after reviewing weight and contact points.

Material selection guide

Choose the board by the job it must do.

GSM is grams per square metre. A one metre square of kraft paper and examples from 120 to 350 GSM illustrate increasing paper weight.
GSM

Paper weight

GSM means grams per square metre. It helps decide the paper weight needed for the carton’s strength, finish and handling condition.

Ply is the total number of liners and fluted layers: 3 ply has two liners and one flute, 5 ply has three liners and two flutes, and 7 ply has four liners and three flutes.
Ply

Board construction

3 ply single wall, 5 ply double wall and 7 ply triple wall boards are selected based on product weight, stacking, transit risk and flute combinations.

Bursting factor guide showing pressure applied beneath paper. BF equals bursting strength in kg/cm² times 1000 divided by GSM; 2.7 kg/cm² at 150 GSM gives 18 BF.
BF

Bursting resistance

BF relates a paper’s bursting strength to its GSM. Customers do not need to choose it separately; VPI confirms the suitable paper combination after reviewing the load and handling requirement.

Corrugated flute guide: F flute 0.9 to 1.2 mm, E flute 1.2 to 2.0 mm, B flute 2.4 to 3.0 mm and C flute 3.5 to 4.0 mm.
Flute

Cushioning and compression

VPI works with B flute, C flute, BB combination and BC combination. The suitable profile is confirmed around cushioning, stacking, print surface and overall board thickness.

Quality, safety and material responsibility

Better material decisions. Controlled production.

VPI’s sustainability focus is practical: size the pack correctly, match board construction to the real handling need, control material quality and consider recovery at the destination.

Documented when requiredCurrent certificates and applicable supplier declarations can be shared for procurement review. Material, ink and testing requirements are confirmed for each order.

Frequently asked questions

Useful answers before you enquire.

What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity is 300 Nos. The practical quantity can vary by box style, board construction, printing and development requirements.

Do I need to know the GSM, BF or flute?

No. Share the product, weight, dimensions and handling conditions you know. VPI will advise the suitable paper and board construction. BF is confirmed together with the GSM and performance requirement.

Which flute profiles are available?

Current enquiry options are B flute, C flute, BB combination and BC combination. The final profile is confirmed after reviewing the packed load, stacking and transit conditions.

Can VPI work from an existing sample or drawing?

Yes. You can mention the available sample, drawing, dieline or artwork in the enquiry and attach the file after opening WhatsApp or email.

How long does production take?

A requested timeline may begin between 7 and 10 business days. The actual schedule is confirmed after the specification, quantity, artwork and sample approval requirements are reviewed.

Can I request a sample before bulk production?

Yes. Select the sample or prototype requirement in the enquiry form. Development and approval steps will be confirmed for the product.

Plan your packaging

Start with what must arrive safely.

Share the product, quantity and destination. Dimensions, packed weight, drawings and samples help, and VPI can guide the specification when those details are still taking shape.
